NANA HOTELS PREMIUM B2B REWARDS LOYALTY CLUB - Terms & Conditions


1. Membership Eligibility Membership in the Nana Rewards Loyalty Club is open to any employee of a travel agency that collaborates with and sells accommodations for Nana Hotels, part of the Karatzis Group.

2. Membership Application Process Prospective members must complete the registration form with the required details. The administrators of the Loyalty Club will then approve or reject the membership application.

3. Earning Points Members earn points by selling villas or suites at the Nana Princess hotel. Points are awarded based on a percentage of the net sale value, excluding taxes and meal packages. To claim points, members must log into their profile, complete the point claim form with booking details, and submit it for approval. The administrator will review and either approve or reject the claim.

4. Points Claim Period Members can claim points only for the current season, provided the stay has already occurred. Points cannot be claimed for canceled stays.

5. Points Redemption Period Points can be used until the end of the following season. After this period, points will automatically be deleted.

6. Points Value Points are equivalent to Euros, with each point equating to 1 Euro and referred to as “Euro-Points.”

7. Points Redemption Options Members can redeem “Euro-Points” in two ways:

A) Accommodation: Members can use points for stays at any Nana hotel in Crete, either for themselves or others. There are no seasonal restrictions, but bookings are subject to availability. Members must request specific dates, rooms, and hotels.
For accommodation, one Euro-Points is equivalent to one euro.

B) Cash Conversion: Members can convert “Euro-Points” into Euros within the platform. The conversion rate is 1 “Euro-Point” = 0.5 Euros. All available “Euro-Points” will be converted, and the money will be transferred to the member’s Bank account within 10 working days after approval. During the approval process, requests are locked until approval and settlement are complete.

9. Dispute Resolution If there is a dispute over points claimed and awarded to another member, the member must contact the administrator and provide precise justification for claiming points that belong to someone else.

10. Penalties Any member who unjustly claims bookings will be penalized by having their membership revoked.

By participating in the Nana Rewards Loyalty Club, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

11. Deletion All members can delete their profiles at any time. Log in at the link https://nanarewardsclub.com and navigate to the menu, then select Privacy Policy > Delete my profile. Your profile, along with all your data, will be permanently deleted from the database.

After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in. You may re-register at any time, but please note that there will be no record of your previous profile or active points.
